About the Company

Sri Priyanka Geo Commex Ltd is a globally diversified, commodity-oriented enterprise operating across two primary business segments. 📋 Objects of Issue (Use of Proceeds)

  • › Repayment or prepayment of certain outstanding loans of the company amounting to ₹10.00 crore.
  • › Meeting working capital requirements of the company amounting to ₹16.50 crore.

✅ Strengths

  • ✓ The company operates across India, Morocco, and Singapore, providing access to diverse markets and multiple supply sources, reducing geographic concentration risk.
  • ✓ Its business model is well-diversified, combining mineral trading (Barite, Fluorspar, Copper Cathode) with rice bran oil manufacturing, serving a wide range of industries.
  • ✓ Strategic placement of operational hubs helps optimise supply chain efficiency and logistics across geographies.
  • ✓ The manufacturing facility is fully automated with a strong emphasis on quality control.
  • ✓ Long-term, strategic procurement arrangements for Barite and Fluorspar are in place with miners in Morocco, ensuring supply continuity.
  • ✓ The company maintains long-standing supply relationships with institutional buyers, supporting consistent bulk order flow.

⚠️ Risks

  • ! A significant portion of consolidated revenue is derived from subsidiary operations, making overall performance heavily reliant on their financial health.
  • ! The Singapore subsidiary has high dependency on Copper Cathode sales and a narrow base of suppliers, creating concentration risk.
  • ! The business is concentrated around a limited number of key products — Copper Cathode, Barite, Fluorspar, and rice bran oil — increasing product risk.
  • ! Mineral trading operations depend on third-party mining companies in Morocco, and any disruption in their mining activity could adversely affect supply.
  • ! Most customer relationships are not backed by long-term purchase agreements, exposing the company to the risk of order reduction or customer attrition.
