About the Company

Incorporated in 2010 and headquartered in Jaipur, Rajasthan, Rajnandini Fashion India Ltd designs, manufactures, and retails women's apparel across ethnic and casual wear segments through both online and offline channels. Its ethnic wear range spans sarees, kurtis, kurta sets, and unstitched dress materials, while its casual wear line includes tops, tunics, dresses, and maternity gowns crafted from cotton, rayon, silk, and poly-cotton fabrics. The company operates through B2C channels — including its own website and major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and Nykaa — as well as B2B channels supplying fabrics and garments to wholesalers, retailers, and processors. Products are marketed under four proprietary brands — Merira, Monira, Roly Poly, and Rajnandini — targeting different price segments between ₹250 and ₹2,000.
